The right team for your peace of mind
You will always be the one to choose who visits your cat.
Because we want even more people to be able to access high quality cat care with peace of mind, our aim is to expand the team slightly. This will create more availability and also lead to some resilience within the business.
As the team grows, we are careful to implement thoughtful selection and vetting processes, as well as training, to ensure that new cat sitters have what it takes to keep the Mind my Mog vision alive.
But we will never replace your cat sitter with a stand in without agreeing it with you in advance. All our clients will have the chance to meet any new team member before they agree to them taking on cat care duties for them.
Building the team

Before building this business, my career has primarily been in law enforcement, initially as a police officer but later for several years as a Crime Analyst. Since then, I’ve worked in Organisational Risk, Professional Standards, Marketing and Communications, Performance Analysis and HR. And in my spare time I’ve written a rhyming picture book for toddlers about our cat Cherry’s visit to the vets.
I live in Woodley with my husband and two cats. I'm experienced in building trust and rapport with cats of a wide range of temperaments, recognising signs of health issues and administering medication by multiple means.
I’m Kat Seaman and I run Mind my Mog. I’ve been cat mad since a young age and it’s probably a surprise to everyone that I took until my 40s to incorporate cats into my working life.

I'm Tracy. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals. At an early age I was raised on a cattle farm in the USA. Then, back in the UK, I lived on a pig farm in Grazeley. I was lucky enough to have both pet cats and farm cats (the latter, to my parents relief, resisted my attempts to domesticate them).
We also had dogs, chickens , rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. This is where my passion for animal care originates.
My career started in Teaching, managing a Special Educational Needs department for 15 years. Since then, I've worked primarily in hospitality, but my dream has always been to work with animals.
I currently have two cats of my own and two dogs. Getting to know your cats and caring for their own unique personalities is truly an honour for me, and I look forward to getting to know you and your beloved mogs.
