Free at-home consultations
Getting to know you, your cat and your home so that we can provide a tailored service that suits your needs.
All new customers receive a free in-home consultation, during which I will get to know you and your cat(s) and take you through my consultation form.
This usually takes around 45 minutes to an hour and will cover;
your cat's preferences, from play through to grooming
feeding routines
litter tray and water source locations
home security and keys
continuity planning in the event of any emergencies
We know that a cat's needs go beyond food, water and hygiene and want to ensure that each mog remains healthy, content and fulfilled whilst you're away.
We understand that, to achieve this, each moggie will need different things from us. So we spend time getting to know your cats routines, preferences and personalities to enable us to get this right.
Your cat minder will visit at a convenient time to go through everything with you, from your cat's play habits to your home's security set up.
You will receive a copy of your consultation form afterwards, confirming exactly what's been agreed.
Our new client form covers every detail so there's less for you to think about and you know that you can go away with peace of mind that everything's in hand.
It would be great to meet your cats when we visit to go thorough our new client form. This will help us to get to know your cat(s) and vice versa!
